The “Technical Stuff”
For those of you who are just starting out, our “Starting Out Steps” checklist provides the essential first steps to getting your business off the ground. Instead of spending months scouring the internet for the right information and service providers, you can now access all the legal, financial and technical information and resources you need, in one centralised location.
We’ve even put each action item in consecutive order, to help you make sense of it all. It’s so simple, that as you successfully work your way through the checklist, completing each section or action item at-a-time, you’re literally creating the foundations of your business, one-step-at-a-time.
The “Business Development Stuff”
Once all the Starting Out Steps are completed, you’re then ready to take it to the next level and “Step Up (Your) Skills”.
“Stepping Up Skills” offers a menu of specially created “How to…” video content, complete with workbooks, templates and exercises, from our team of entrepreneurs and subject matter experts (the “Conscious Contributors”).
We recognise that as individuals, we all move at our own pace in building our business, so we designed a system with maximum choice and flexibility in mind. In around 30 minutes, each video from our Contributors captures the key business development and marketing messages for how to bring your business to life.

In addition, each video is accompanied by a helpful “accountability assignment” designed to empower you to apply your new learning and keep you moving forwards in your business. You’ll have access to each video you select for 90 days; giving you PLENTY of time to complete your action item! ☺
But that’s not all. If you have trouble completing your assignment or you find yourself in distress, don’t worry, there’s help available. With the option to contact the contributor or book in with the “Start Out Steps Coach” there’s always someone on-hand support you.
The “Support Systems & Stuff”
For those who are ready to master their business, “Seeking Some Support” is the place to get connected with our Conscious Coaches’ and Conscious Contributors for some more focussed and personal support to take your business to the next level.
We all struggle to do it alone and sometimes, even when we have all the information we need at our finger tips, that little voice inside our heads can still distract us with messages that we’re just not good enough. When the little voice hits, we all need some extra support, so that’s why we have our team of Start Out Steps coaches to empower and champion you along the way. With the option to book in with a “Start Out Steps Coach”, there’s always someone on-hand help you start believing in yourself again because we believe in you.

- Session 1 – Values, Behaviours & Standards – WHY
In your first session, you’ll explore why you’re taking the courageous leap to express who you are through what you do to make a living, raising your awareness around what core values drive you and begin to understand how to express and reflect those values in how you work and who you choose to work with.
- Session 2 – Vision, Mission, Purpose & Goals- WHAT
Next you’ll learn the importance of setting out on your journey with a clear destination in mind, having an idea of what you’re looking to achieve when you get there and creating some milestones to mark your progress along the way.
- Session 3 – Your Business Blueprint – HOW
Paying attention early on to how your business is set up will help you feel calm and in control of your business right from the get-go. In this session you’ll begin to get educated and informed on what the key steps are to starting a business that will continually nurture and support your growth.
- Session 4 – Your Ideal Customer and Your Niche – WHO
If you’re serious about running your own business, you’ll want to get crystal clear on who you intend to serve. By establishing your expertise with a specific group of people, you’ll find it easier to find and connect with your desired target market and for them to find and connect with you.
- Session 5 – What Products and Services You Offer – WHAT
How true is it that people are really looking for what you provide? In this session, you’ll learn how you can find out, as well as explore things like whether your product/service is a “want” or a “need”, what the right price point might be given who you serve and what value proposition you offer to your customers.
- Session 6 – Where You Sit and How You Stand Out – WHERE
Wondering what that special something is that makes you different from everyone else? In this session you’ll be learning to do some research about who else is speaking to your customers, what they’re doing well and how you can learn to differentiate yourself.
- Session 7 – How Much Time You Have – WHEN
It’s pretty simple really, the more time you put into your business, the greater your chances of success. In this session you’ll be getting clear on what kind of commitments you already have in your life and how much time you really have to dedicate to starting your dream business.
- Session 8 – What Financial Resource You’ll Need- HOW MUCH (Outer)
So you know what you want to do but how can you make sure that you’re able to afford it? This session is all about learning how to estimate what your dream business is going to cost you, how to plot out a basic budget, as well as ensure you have some kind of money management system in place to keep track of your payments along the way.
- Session 9 – Your Relationship With Money – HOW MUCH (Inner)
When it comes to the matter of finances, alongside the outer work it’s also important to take a conscious look at the kind of relationship you would like to have with money. In this session you’ll be becoming aware of your thoughts, feelings and beliefs about money and how they might be impacting your ability to effortlessly attract financial abundance into your life.
- Session 10 – How You Intend to Let The World Know You Exist – HOW
In business, you need a clear, structured plan for how you will get your prospective clients’ attention, build relationships with them and establish your reputation as a business. In this session you’ll learn about some of the most effective ways to reach and connect with your ideal clients, share your story and create a marketing plan to help you navigate the road ahead.
- Session 11 – How You Serve Rather Than Sell – HOW
Once people know you exist, have decided that they like who you are and what you offer, you’re ready to engage in the sales process. This session will teach you what a typical sales process looks like and how you can get out of your own way to truly be of service to your customers.
- Session 12 – Who Can Help – WHO
If there’s only one or two of you, it’s possible that you won’t know how to do everything alone, so you might want to consider getting some help. This session will help you to know your strengths, identify the gaps and figure out the best place to get yourself some support.
